It is tied to a number of factors that influence our behavior. Things like being clear on our values, our long term goals, our awareness of our strengths and our weaknesses, our care for others, and our desire and readiness to expand our skill set and perspectives.

Executive Coaching Packages
A note regarding confidentiality. A coaching engagement, whether a single session or a full engagement, is between the client and the coach. Whether or not an organization pays for the coaching engagement, what is discussed between the coach and client remains between the coach and client. The organization is provided opportunities to provide feedback regarding progress toward defined outcomes and provided updates regarding ongoing support the coachee may need.

​FULL COACHING ENGAGEMENT
Benefit: Maximizes growth, impact and sustainability using the power of assessments, action planning, and check-ins to move the needle in an intentional direction

Features:

A variety of intake assessments (e.g., leadership practices, emotional intelligence, 360, life history, etc)

Defined outcomes

Customized action plan based on defined outcomes

Twice a month check-in sessions for 9-12 months

If coaching engagement is paid for by the organization, additional features include

Initial alignment call with manager to discuss development objectives / goals for the coaching engagement

Quarterly check-in meetings with manager to discuss progress against development objectives (detailed coaching information is not shared)
